We offer a 10-day ‘buyer’s remorse’ return policy. Unopened boxes can be returned with no questions asked. Opened and flown product can be returned and must be in new working order (subject to our discretion). Opened boxes will incur a 20% restocking fee. Please fill out a RMA Request Form and our returns department will process your request.

The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by the packing slip included in your order, as well as the original documentation and packaging. including an intact UPC code ; otherwise the return will not be honored without exceptions. 34 NORTH DRONES will only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes or any defect whatsoever on the product and the security tags are still attached. The product must not have been sized, modified or altered in any way whatsoever.

Damaged Box or Damaged Product: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact us no later than five (5) business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, you must refuse delivery and contact us immediately at [email protected]

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid: Means that the seller/shipper pays the cost of shipping while the buyer/receiver of goods assumes the responsibility of goods at the point of origin or is responsible therefore at the instant of shipment.

34 NORTH DRONES LLC ships to all U.S. destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands. Out of country shipments or products can be denied at 34 NORTH DRONES LLC’s sole discretion.

Free Ground Shipping Over $400 – Free ground shipping applies to the 48 continental states (Not Hawaii/Alaska/PR/VI) Call us or email us for details.

International Shipping Policy – We ship worldwide! We work with various companies to ensure that you get the best rate possible for your international shipping needs. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us to get specific rate quotes.

Refusal of Delivery – If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by 34 North Drones LLC. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided – Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. When we receive the package in the warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.

Shipping times do not include the day the order ships. Orders only ship on business days (M-F).  Orders placed before 3PM EST and verified will ship same business day. After 3PM EST will ship next business day. “2-Day” and “Standard Overnight” options refer to business days (Monday-Friday).  This does not apply to delays caused by acts beyond 34 NORTH DRONES LLC’s control, such as acts of God, strikes, lockouts or disasters. 34 NORTH DRONES LLC reserves the right to cancel or suspend this offer should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or the proper conduct of the offer. 34 NORTH DRONES LLC reserves the right to disqualify any order found to be disrupting the operation of the offer or website.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the Secure Socket Layers (SSLs) encryption software. While on a secure page, such as our order form, a lock icon appears on the bottom of your Web browser. When you are not on a secure page, no lock icon will appear. In addition, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment under restricted access.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

Exchanges

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Limited Liability

34 NORTH DRONES LLC is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. 34 NORTH DRONES LLC is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy, and any of our policies or procedures concerning the treatment of information collected through the site, without prior notice.
